Certified « Agriculture Raisonnée » - obtained in 2004 (a traceable, environmentally friendly method of winegrowing that has been officially certified since 2001)

Wine making processWine making process

Picked by hand ; buckets, boxes, rolling conveyor belts of entire grape bunches that are put into the tanks
Carbonic maceration. Maceration of between 12 - 14 days.
The 3 grape varieties are mixed together from the moment the grapes are put into the tank.
Blended wine of grape varieties Carignan 1/3, Grenache 1/3 et Syrah 1/3

MaturingMaturing

Concrete vat during 6 months then bottled

Wine tastingWine tasting

Fresh & very fruity wine (red fruits) & very aromatic
Drink slightly chilled (14°) as an aperitif with a pureed olive savoury spread, on toast, or with BBQ's.

PackagingPackaging

Bordelaise bottles in cases of 6. Bottled & stored on Domaine in an old sheepfold specifically renovated for this purpose.
