Family estate consisting of 70 hectares of which 17 hectares are cultivated to vines.
1 hectare is employed for this wine
Certified « Agriculture Raisonnée » - obtained in 2004 (a traceable, environmentally friendly method of winegrowing that has been officially certified since 2001)
Old vines : Carignan (80 yrs old), Grenache (50 yrs old) et Syrah (20 yrs old)

Wine making processWine making process

Harvested by hand. Carbonic maceration in concrete vats. Maceration of between 12 - 14 days. The 3 grape varieties are mixed together from the moment the grapes are put into the tank.

MaturingMaturing

12 months in oak casks that have already aged 1 -2 wines.
Wine store installed in an old semi-interred cellar

Wine tastingWine tasting

Wide range of aromas (spicy peppers, blackberry & blueberry) with soft tannins & lightly toasted. Fleshy, harmonious, balanced & voluptuous.
Drink with meats in sauce.

Burgundy bottles 75cl in boxes of 6
