Family estate consisting of 70 hectares of which 17 hectares are cultivated to vines.
Certified « Agriculture Raisonnée » - obtained in 2004 (a traceable, environmentally friendly method of winegrowing that has been officially certified since 2001)
Old vines : Carignan (80 yrs old), Grenache (50 yrs old) et Syrah (20 yrs old)

Wine making processWine making process

Harvested by hand.
Carbonic maceration of the Carignan & Syrah varieties together, in concrete vats, for 14 days from the moment that the grapes are put into the vats.
The Grenache was processed separately, then mixed during the final blending.

MaturingMaturing

24 months in new casks of 400 litres
Wine store installed in old sheepfold specifically renovated for this purpose.

Wine tastingWine tasting

Complex aromas (gingerbread, crystallised fruits) which combines finess, strength & elegance.
Rounded & polished tannins together with the oak in which it was aged.
Will reach it's peak in 2014 / 2015, may be kept for 10 years.
Drink with game dishes or a leg of lamb.

PackagingPackaging

Bordelaise Emotion bottles of 75cl laid in cases of 6.
Bottled & stored on Domaine in an old sheepfold transformed into a storage hanger.
